What kind of silicone products does your factory make?
We mainly produce silicone children’s tableware and silicone pet tableware. But we can also produce other types of silicone products.

Our factory is located in Yangjiang, Guangdong.
Which manufacturing process does your factory use?
We will use different processes for different products. Usually, we use compression molding. We also have injection molding.
What is the capacity of your factory？
Our daily production ranges from 1000 to 3000 pieces, depending on the mold and product type.
What is the raw material of your silicone? What is the quality?
Our raw materials include liquid silicone and solid silicone. We can provide SGS certification.
Customization
Do you offer customization services?
We support customized services. Our sales and engineers will provide you with a detailed plan.
What do I need to provide about customization?
You can provide us with photos of the product from multiple angles. Of course, it would be better if there were design drawings.
Can the packaging of the product be customized?
Yes, packaging can be customized, we had printing paper boxes, blisters, opp bag packaging, etc.
If you have special packaging design needs, we can do it for you.
Can you print my logo on the product?
We support screen printing, heat transfer printing, laser printing, embossed/debossed, and other common printing methods. All you need to do is provide the logo pattern and we’ll make it happen for you.
Can I customize the product color as I want?
Of course you can, you just need to provide the corresponding color number (Pantone).
Do I need to pay for the mold? How to calculate the cost?
For standard products, there is no need to pay mold fees. For customized products, molds are divided into sample mold and production mold. We will first manufacture sample mold and produce samples for your confirmation. After confirming and placing the formal order, we will manufacture production mold and carry out large-scale production. The specific cost depends on the type of product, the complexity of the mold, and the number of orders.After the mold is manufactured, there is no need to pay mold fees for subsequent orders.

How do you protect my design? Support NDA?
We can sign an NDA agreement. All designs, samples, and molds will be strictly protected.
Do you provide free samples?
For existing standard products, we provide free samples. But you need to pay for shipping and taxes.
Can you ship to an Amazon warehouse?
Yes, we can ship to Amazon’s warehouse for you.
How do you ship? What logistics methods are used？
For small orders or samples, we usually use air freight and express delivery. Specific logistics include FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.
For larger quantity orders, sea and air freight are preferred. Of course, we can also arrange it according to your requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity required?
For standard products, our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. For customized products, you can discuss solutions with our sales staff.
