New Product Development & Sampling
Start with an idea—you don’t need finished drawings. We can develop a new silicone product from concept through product design, mold development, sampling and production. Development costs, MOQ and timelines are assessed for each project. Custom sampling typically takes 7–15 days once the design and tooling requirements are confirmed; new mold development or mold revisions may require additional time.
Production & Delivery
Bulk production lead times are confirmed according to product specifications, order quantities and the production schedule. We usually supply on FOB terms through an agreed port in China. EXW, DDP and other trade terms can also be arranged, subject to the destination and order requirements.

We work with you to clarify how the product will be used, who it is for and which features matter. Before mold development, we review the proposed design with you, including key dimensions, functional details and any branding features that affect the mold.

Approve the Sample Before Production
Once the sample meets the agreed requirements, confirm it together with the final product specifications. These provide the reference for bulk production. Any required laboratory testing should be discussed early so it can be included in the project schedule.

DIBEI manufactures silicone baby tableware and pet feeding products at our factory in Yangjiang, Guangdong. We arrange bulk production based on the approved sample, confirmed specifications and agreed order requirements.
From Approved Sample to Bulk Production
Before production begins, we confirm the product specifications, colors, logo details, quantities and packaging requirements with you. The approved sample and agreed specifications provide the reference for your order.
Production Capacity & Scheduling
Our daily output is approximately 20,000 pieces, depending on the products and order mix. Lead times are confirmed for each order based on quantities, customization requirements and the production schedule.
Support for Repeat Orders
Our existing designs and own molds support repeat production of your selected products. When reordering, confirm the quantities and any changes to colors, branding or packaging so we can review the requirements and schedule.
Inspection & Packing
Confirm your inspection and packing requirements before production begins. DIBEI accepts third-party quality inspections and can arrange product testing based on your selected silicone products and target market requirements.
All silicone products manufactured by DIBEI undergo post-curing as part of our production process. This applies to both our existing designs and custom-developed products. Any required laboratory testing is arranged separately according to the product and target market requirements.
Share your inspection checklist and acceptance requirements with us. Product appearance, dimensions, colors, branding and packaging details can be included in the agreed inspection scope, using the approved sample and order specifications as references.
You can appoint a third-party inspection provider to check your order. If laboratory testing is required, we can discuss arrangements for the relevant products, materials and intended use. Testing scope, costs and timing should be confirmed in advance.
Products are packed according to the agreed order requirements. Confirm product combinations, packaging artwork, labels and carton markings with us before packing, including any destination-specific information you need to provide.
Shipping & Delivery
Discuss your delivery requirements with DIBEI before confirming your order. We usually supply on FOB terms through an agreed port in China. EXW, DDP and other trade terms can also be arranged, subject to the destination and order requirements.

Plan Production & Delivery Timing
Production lead time and shipping transit time are confirmed separately. Tell us your required arrival date early so we can review the production schedule and available shipping arrangements. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and transport service.
Agree on Shipment Requirements
Let us know whether you have a nominated freight forwarder and share any shipment documentation or receiving requirements. We’ll confirm the responsibilities, costs and arrangements included in your quotation before the order proceeds.
Can I combine different designs to meet the MOQ?
Yes. For existing designs, the minimum order is 500 pieces in total, and different designs can be combined. Lower quantities may be available for trial orders. Minimum quantities for custom colors, logos or packaging are confirmed separately.
Can you develop a product if I don’t have drawings?
Yes. You can start with an idea, reference photo or sample. We can help develop the product design, review mold requirements and move through sampling to production. Development costs, MOQ and timing are assessed for each project.
Do you provide free samples?
Samples of existing designs are free; you pay the shipping cost. Custom development and sampling costs are quoted separately according to the project requirements.
How long does a custom project take?
The overall timeline depends on design work, mold development and sample revisions. Custom sampling usually takes 7–15 days, but projects involving new molds or mold changes require a separately confirmed schedule. Bulk production and shipping times are confirmed separately.
Can I arrange third-party inspection or testing?
Yes. We accept third-party quality inspections and can arrange laboratory testing based on the selected product and target market requirements. Please discuss the scope, costs and timing with us in advance.
