Tooling & Prototype

Mass Production
After the first vulcanization, the raw material is molded into the final product shape. The second vulcanization is then performed to remove volatile substances.
Quality Inspection
Quality control is built into our process. Our professional QC team carefully checks the products to make sure they meet your requirements before shipment.
Secondary vulcanization, also known as post-curing, is used to improve the strength, durability, and cleanliness of silicone rubber. This process helps further stabilize the molecular structure, making the material more resistant to temperature changes and long-term use.
During post-curing, the finished silicone products are placed in a static oven and heated under controlled conditions. This helps remove most residual volatile substances and improves the overall performance of the product. The process is widely used in consumer-grade silicone products.
At each production step, trained technicians carry out quality checks, and all key details of your custom project are recorded for traceability. This helps us identify issues quickly, provide timely feedback, and maintain stable product quality.
During visual inspection, our technicians carefully check silicone products for visible issues such as breakage, deformation, discoloration, air bubbles, or contaminants. This simple but important step helps ensure the products meet quality requirements before moving to the next stage.
At present, many of our products have been sold in the European and American markets for many years. Before delivering the product, it will be sent to relevant institutions for testing, including FDA certification or LFGB certification.
